Coping with COVID-19 while taking care of your mental health

We are all feeling some level of anxiety about the coronavirus and having to disrupt our way of life and the day to day activities we enjoy. However, social distancing does not have to equate to social isolation. Let's go back to the "old days" and pick up the phone and talk to friends and family, those we haven't talk to in while. Now is a great time to check in. We also need to take care of our mental health and this website has some great videos and tips to help us through this and become #coronastrong
