Transportation Options

There are several ways to get to the Stamford Senior Center.  If you drive, we have free parking in the Government Center parking garage.  Enter the garage on either Washington Blvd or Tresser.  Senior Center reserved parking is available on the 3rd floor. Please make sure to pick up your parking permit at our front desk .  For those who don't drive, check out our options below.

Connecticut Transit Buses

CT Transit bus tickets are available at the front desk for SSC members. The Center will subsidize the cost of transportation to and from the Center.   Ten ride bus passes are available to anyone on Medicare with a suggested donation of $2.00.  Those not on Medicare can get 2 single ride tickets per day for a $1.00 suggested donation To receive your bus token from the center, visit our reception desk.  Bus tokens to use for rides to places other than the Center can be purchased at the reception desk for the full cost of the ticket.
