No, membership is open to anyone aged 60 and older regardless of where they live.
Silver membership is $30.00 for the year, which includes full use of the Center & 5 free weekly exercise classes
Gold membership is $120.00 for the year, which includes full use of the Center and all exercise classes

The Stamford Senior Center offers a wide range of activities from exercise classes, lifelong learning programs, trips, recreational programs, billiards, ping pong, pickleball, language classes and more.
Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm
For members who need assistance, the caregiver can accompany them. Caregivers must stay with the member at all times.
The Stamford Senior Center provides discounted bus passes through CT Transit for members to get to and from the center. Please visit the reception desk for more information or to purchase a ticket
For members who require door-to-door para transit, they can apply through Norwalk Transit/Easy Access door-to-door para transit service. Everyone must complete an application and have a phone interview for approval. Norwalk Transit’s number is 203-299-5180 or at www.norwalktransit.com. The Stamford Senior Center will cover 50% of the transportation fees for members to come to and from the Center.

The senior center provides a subsidized lunch program for anyone 60 and older. A daily hot meal or fresh sandwiches are available Monday through Friday and can be ordered between 11:00am-1:30pm. The suggested donation for lunch is $4.00, but no one is turned away due to inability to pay. For first time diners, you must complete a one time registration form.
